If you go early or on Saturday, there is an extended wait time. Upon arrival, you check in at the front desk and receive a text of the waitlist. When it is close to your pet being called, another text is sent and you have 30 minutes to get back to Emancipet. All of the workers are very nice and handle your pets with care. They are very knowledgeable and gentle. I have a chihuahua that has to be muzzled because of his anxiety and they always seem to calm him before servicing him. I highly recommend Emancipet if you don't mind waiting.

He reached out to me to ask about my review and explained the veterinarians policy as well as why it was a policy. I appreciate that he took the time to reach out, to explain, and to validate my feelings on the matter. While I still think the policy is ridiculous, I understand that is a licensing issue and therefore primarily out of their control. I will be giving them another chance as I feel their communication on this matter warrants that.
