My American just got a regular bath. Was happy with services, easy to call and book next day, and they call you 30 minutes before they're ready for pickup. The only notes for future customers are that the store is not in the nicest area (I wasn't worried, but some people may see it as a concern) and that they are cash only. Since I have 2 large dogs (85 and 75 lbs) it was more cash then I usually have on hand so I needed to swing by the ATM. $130 total for both, not including tip. I do plan on returning in the future.

Never mind the fact that my dog is completely up to date on vaccinations. They had him for approximately 5 minutes in the back to give him the shot. 5 minutes of your time and you charge me $40?! The shot itself is almost $200 but I guess they didn't make enough off the shot. It's so frustrating how vet's always feel the need to scalp you! *** I am updating my review to reflect the discussion I had with the manager. He reached out to me to ask about my review and explained the veterinarians policy as well as why it was a policy. I appreciate that he took the time to reach out, to explain, and to validate my feelings on the matter. While I still think the policy is ridiculous, I understand that is a licensing issue and therefore primarily out of their control. I will be giving them another chance as I feel their communication on this matter warrants that.
