After a bunch of phone calls to businesses (thanks to Yelp!) the earliest anyone could come out was June 19th. And that was Bob from My Grill Cleaner. At the time June 19th seemed forever away, but little did I know we wouldn't get to do any grilling thanks to weeks of cold and rainy days. Sigh. Bob reached out a few times via email ahead of time to confirm his appointment. I never actually got around to meet him since I was at work, but he worked he magic on our grill and left it looking better than it has it ears. He cleaned all the burners, checked the ignition & even lubricated the door catches so they closed better. Before heading out he texted me a bunch of pictures of my clean grill. All of this came to $349, which I thought was well worth it and will likely make an annual expense. Next time I"ll be sure to call in early May before his schedule fills up with the hopes that summer shows up a bit earlier next year. The driver sat in the vehicle, did not get out, did not ring the bell, and made no attempt to call or text. I assumed he was taking a break, eating, or finishing paperwork, so I left my front door open. Instead, at 4 PM, he simply drove away without ever making contact. When I called, it went straight to voicemail. I followed up by email a few minutes later and, as of a week later, have still not received a response. Based on my experience, the pricing does not justify this level of unreliability. Pay heed to the other negative reviews.
