Dr.Sabina was the hateful doctor i every seen very rude she acts like clients don't have right to…read morereceive care and didn't give me foot care she yall out when I walked out the room that I was non-compliance which was a lie and a professional doctor wouldn't have done that and I think that's very unprofessional. Telling I can't receive footcare till I get a test. And looking in my folder from something over two years ago. Shes in the Summerville office I was so embarrassed and very surprised she treated me that way and there is a such thing as a hippa law and set in the waiting Area I don't know how long and the office was very hard to find and the sits were very uncomfortable. I will never come back to this office in Summerville again

Doctor was okay. Billing and payment is terrible. They will not bill you or provide a itemized…read morestatement (they don't even have a portal where you can download one). When I called and asked to speak to the accounting department I was told I could leave a message and accounting would call me back. After several messages they still have not called me back. Decided to pay the bill anyway as the amount matched the EOB from the insurance company. However, they do not have a published mailing address and the only way you can get a mailing address is to get it from accounting (who won't call you back). So, without an address you can't send a check and the only payment option is to use their 3rd party payment service which charges an additional 3%. TERRIBLE customer service! I have canceled my follow up appointment and am going elsewhere.

He was eager to do surgery to shave off the bone which did nothing to close the hole. Then he moved to the new office. They double booked the appointment. I had Uber take me there and when I was angry about the lack of professionalism both he and his staff were active dismissive. The incompetent Schromoff came out and started yelling at me. It wasnt my fault that they double booked. Horrible doctor and staff. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I picked this location & Dr. Shromoff because he was highly recommended. I am disappointed to say…read morethat I was not impressed whatsoever. First thing that put me off was my wait time. My appt was at 9:45am and I was seen a little after 10:30am. I told myself it was due to being a new patient and tried to stay positive. When I saw the doctor, we talked maybe 5 minutes. I felt for my wait time that was a little ridiculous. One of my reasons for coming in was tightness in my tendons and he just suggested to flex/stretch it and that he couldn't really tell me anything. "Could be a number of things" he said..... Well I thought that was why I came to you but okay, thank you for nothing. (WebMD was just as helpful & free!) The other reason I was there, was for a corn that turned out to be a wart. At least I got some kind of diagnosis for that one. The nurse came in and applied an ointment and wrapped it up because it is suppose to stay like that for 24 hours (4 minimum). So I paid my $165 for a dab of ointment & 5 minutes of their time. The worst part, as I am leaving and get to the 1st floor, the bandages have already started to come off! Seriously!? At this point I am just upset and head back up to let them know. So I went back to the nurse and she bandaged up my foot again, but no more ointment was reapplied. Hopefully it didn't rub off when the band aids and tape came off, otherwise I guess I will need another appt for the same thing! On top of all that the nurse was saying it was due to my foot being clammy/sweaty. I really don't think I am the only one in the world with clammy feet so why wouldn't a foot specialist have something better to wrap feet for just this issue? OR if it is that clammy, don't try to do something that clearly won't work just to get my money. I am not saying this is a bad facility, however my experience with them was awful and I will not be back. Definitely not worth the money I spent or money lost due to time off work. I think HealthFirst or another facility would have been more cost efficient. Live and learn right is what they say right? :-| Hopefully this will help some folks not get ripped off!
