Way cool, our ship was passing Stromboli at the time Mt Stromboli was erupting. No pryoclstic flow or anything but lots of steam and glow. I was one of the few who stuck around long enough to get a pic of the glow. Lava jumped, but I missed that shot, but obviously there is a lava lake. Imagine the amount of magma just waiting to make its appearance! read more
