Peek performance has a biased and unethical approach to dealing with agents signed under them. I…read morehave been signed under this company with them as my FMO for ACA, and have been denied a contract release after not being paid commissions for almost a year . When I began inquiring about the funds I was ignored by ALL staff. I have been rerouted constantly to the carriers while the carriers reroute me back to PEEK MY FMO because they held my book of business. According to ALL CARRIER CONTRACTORS ultimately getting nowhere. They stopped acknowledging my emails and refused to release my contract refusing to address anyone except my upline. After soliciting advocacy "HAF America" the company lied and gave false information to that source insisting and lying to them about my not being appointed with them as my assigned FMO. I was even booted out of the Peek system. What I have been encountering on a weekly basis has been harrowing, I would like to create awareness to the public especially to Agent's and Brokers that could n possibly experience this when dealing with Peek. STAY AWAY FROM PEEK PERFORMANCE!
