For people who don't like the trout, you could order sausage. Americans, please expect that the sausage will be like ordering typical ball park dogs that are boiled in hot water upon ordering so it takes about 15 minutes. You could also order some sides like potato salad (so good with the trout) and bread. The beverage selection is where it's at to let you enjoy the trout -- local beers or sodas that I can't find on the economy.
