I like that there's not a long wait when you have an appointment and thus far the care seems to be ok. Staff and physicians are very nice, but I do feel a little disconnect when I'm in the office. This type of specialist is very important to women. Honestly, I may just feel this way because of the history I have with my former GYN who retired a few years back. My biggest issue is getting timely feedback on results of testing. I was once told if I don't hear from someone that everything is fine. Not good enough! Things fall through the cracks. I need to make sure that my test results were reviewed, and I need to confirm that everything is good. Within 2- 3 days of receiving results, patients should be notified. read more

I saw Caitlin Henderson, Nurse Practioner and she was wonderful. Very thorough, and She prescribed a medication that helped me with an issue that plagued me two years with no help from other providers. I would definitely recommend Dr Schwartz and Caitlin for a good experience. read more

I have recently found out I am pregnant and was scheduled to come in on Friday for what I thought would be a sono but instead received a pap that I wasn't due for and told to come back that Monday. The staff isn't as friendly as they used to be. And the receptionist that worked Monday was very rude no eye contact just a "if you don't have an appointment already they'll call you" this is a very exciting time for me and this office hasn't done their part in making me feel happy. Hi everyone ! About 9 months ago me and my wife found out we're pregnant , so that same day we decided to go and see the doctor. After we called the insurance they provided us a list with the doctors they cover , we decided to go in a new hospital i Comack ! ( after we called them to confirm if they take my wifes plan , and they said yes ) turns out they dropped us heartless !!!!! At this point we got so worried , my pregnant wife wasnt even feeling good , scared , first child !! Quickly i took the list of the doctors and i picked Dr Sarah Schwartz !!! The Best choice ever ! Thank you God. She is extremely good , confident , and very very professional , since that day we called , we told them the story , her staff said : dont worry , come in tmr morning ! After a little while , we got to meet dr Sarah , and since that day , my wife and i were so comfortable and not worry about one thing. We were treated very specially , by all staff , front desk , even the financial department ! Continuing in the labor time , before and now after birth ! They are very Good ! I needed a minor procedure done with Dr Sarah Schwartz. Her staff was nothing less then professional and extremely compassionate regarding my situation. Dr S made me feel very comfortable and she is very patient. First time patient, my daughter saw Kaitlyn at Schwartz's office and at first seemed happy with her. My daughter needed a sonogram for an anatomical issue and we waited almost two weeks for results. I did not receive a call from the office over a week later. I had to call the office 2x and was still told I had to wait for one of the nurses to call me. Not impressed with front desk people or anyone I've encountered so far! Would NOT recommend this office to any of my friends or colleagues. read more
