I realize that the topic of Divorce is an undesirable one. A friend of mine was in an undesirable…read moresituation so I, as any good friend would, tried to be there for her and support her as best as I knew how. Luckily she found this Company which not only helped her compile the proper paperwork for the process, efficiently produced a ready-to-turn in package for her to bring to the court, and worked with her financial limits but it made the whole experience as desirable as it could be. The owner, Nora, was kind and knowledgeable.. I would venture to say that she borders being a friend with whom her clients can unburden themselves and vent to. She is surely more then just a person offering a service. She really made this difficult time more bearable to my friend, something I am eternally grateful to her for. Also, as the name indicates, it was a really a no fuss operation. We came in once to give information and pay for the divorce, then another time (whenever it was convenient for my friend and I) to sign and pick up the completed paperwork. I really appreciate the company for the service they provide, and the customer care with which they conduct themselves. Unfortunately sometimes things don't go as planned and its relieving to know that there is a way to make it through trying times with dignity and ease. Thank You Nora, and Quick Services of Florida.

He was given an option to avoid being disbarred again the resolution was the following: Mr. Farbstein has resigned as a mediator and has agreed not to do mediations in the future. You will be receiving a letter and a copy of the order of dismissal of the case from our office. Florida Dispute Resolution Center Office of the State Courts Administrator Mr Farbstein Disappeared hours at a time while he hid n his office; during that time he decided to bill the hours he claimed to have been "working" he also decided to lie to me and to the other party claiming that we both were Demanding things we never discussed in the past nor ever requested Mr. Farbstein to negotiate for us. He also offered to give me personal information in regards to the other party while he mediated which was unethical. The secretary would cover for him and claim (by yelling) that he was in the office just writing up notes although when he was asked for the notes or any documentation on the 12 hours he took to write these He had nothing .Provided nothing. The secretary would cover for him and claim that he was in the office just writing up notes although when he was asked for the notes or any documentation on the 12 hours he took to write these notes or reach a resolve, he came up empty he has various complaints while he is inappropriate with women taking photographs of them in his office hoping to keep it for "his file" This man is not mentally able to conduct a professional practice of law in any capacity beware stay away! Absolutely under any circumstances do not hire this guy to handle your family case! I wish I had…read moreread reviews before I hired him. My consultation with him took place in his office at 8:30 PM, right after I had been served with divorce papers. He promised the world, and I paid him $5000 retainer and $500 consultation fee. That night was the last I heard from him. Also, he puts in his retainer that "it is earned upon receipt" so basically he reserves the right to do nothing for you, which is what he does. I had another attorney trying to help me recuperate my money from him, but he is a lazy shark. He will take advantage of people with no thought to what is right and moral. Believe me, if you hire him, you will live to regret it! Look him up first, please, and see how many complaints he has with the Florida Bar Association! I don't even know why this guy is still allowed to practice! Somebody should put him in jail, he does not deserve the right to call himself an attorney, he is the worst type of human being!

Warning Based on My Experience with a Guardian ad Litem…read more I would like to share my experience with a professional who was appointed as the guardian ad litem in my child's case, in the hope that others do not make the same mistake I did. Unfortunately, this individual is far from the impartial and committed representative that a child truly needs during a legal process. Her work was shallow, lacking depth or meaningful investigation. She did not properly analyze the evidence or consider all the relevant aspects of the case. In my situation, she based her assessment almost entirely on interviews with the child's father and his relatives, while completely disregarding my request to have members of my family interviewed. According to her, that information was "irrelevant" and would only lead to unnecessary expenses--despite the fact that I paid for half of all the services she supposedly provided. This guardian did not act as a neutral voice for my child in court. Instead, she repeated the father's claims without scrutiny, showing a clear bias and undermining the integrity of her role. During her visit to the father's home, she interviewed my son in his presence, failing to offer him the privacy and safe space needed to speak openly. As a result, my son was put in an extremely uncomfortable and distressing situation, feeling pressured to accept statements that were not true. Even when she received therapy reports that documented these concerns, she showed little to no interest in the child's position or emotional well-being. In court, her testimony echoed the exact words of the father, rather than offering a balanced and factual perspective. When I suggested that she interview members of my family--just as she had done with the father's--she refused and later described my message as a "nasty email," which I found highly unprofessional and dismissive. This individual did not advocate for the child's best interest, nor did she demonstrate a fair, investigative, or ethical approach. Her role seemed limited to collecting payment and recommending therapy for everyone involved, rather than actively working to understand the dynamics of the case. She was uncommunicative, showed no initiative to investigate thoroughly, and ultimately failed to uphold the responsibilities of a guardian ad litem. It is incredibly disheartening that individuals who carry the title of "professional" can so profoundly mishandle the hopes of parents and the needs of innocent children. We seek justice and protection for our children in court, and we deserve guardians who are ethical, impartial, and truly committed to being the voice of the child. In my experience, this person was none of those things.

My experience with Annette Sanchez was deeply disappointing and frustrating. She proved to be an…read moreunreliable and untrustworthy legal representative. Throughout my case, she failed to communicate effectively, often leaving me without updates or guidance during critical moments. One of the most upsetting aspects of working with her was her complete lack of empathy, especially regarding my son, who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. It was clear from the beginning that she had no knowledge or experience dealing with children with autism, and she made no effort to understand or accommodate his needs. She Also Lied and stated she to had a daughter on the spectrum when clearly that was a lie. Who lies about their child having special needs it made me feel as she was mocking or not taking my child's disability seriously. She also compared my child to another child on the spectrum and if she had the proper knowledge about autism she would have know. That no 2 children on the spectrum can be compared. Her dismissive attitude toward his condition was not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful. Additionally, there were serious concerns about a potential conflict of interest that were never properly addressed. Instead of advocating for my family, she seemed far more focused on financial gain than on doing what was right or ethical. If you're looking for a lawyer who is compassionate, reliable, and truly committed to serving your best interests--especially in sensitive family matters--I would strongly advise seeking counsel elsewhere
