When we requested a refund of the $1950 we paid, we were denied and told we were only entitled to the $338 filing fee--yet, almost three weeks later, they still haven't sent that. We ultimately had to hire another attorney, who prepared our petition in just one week, and now we are forced to seek reimbursement through other means. Do not waste your time or money here--there are far more competent attorneys available.
