I initially telephonically spoke with RPB partner Brad Voght, who wound up working with me. After our initial discussion regarding the issues I presented him, he quickly outlined what he could do and what the initial fees would be. His promises were all kept and I was very pleased with the professionalism both he and his staff afforded me. I found Brad to be a no-nonsense-cut-to-the chase, efficient and tenacious CPA. Subsequent to the completion of this year's tax return, Brad informed me that, during a review of my 2021 tax returns in preparation for the 2022 tax return, he discovered a major error and asked me if I wanted to file an amended return, which I happily agreed to. The fee for this was reasonable and resulted in a substantial refund for a portion of the taxes I paid that year. It goes without saying that I highly recommend RPB.

He told me he was busy and had another meeting. I waited outside his office for 20 minutes and no one came for a meeting. I uploaded and submitted everything he requested the following week. After 2 weeks I called to check in, as I didn't hear anything. I was told he was behind and 1 more week. After another week I got a hold of Stacy (at this point no one was contacting me, I had to contact them) She apologized and said Dan would call me that evening.... no call. April 2nd I began to Panic, how can a business do this to someone..... I got a hold of Dan, he requested some more info for business expenses. I sent him an email April 4th with all the information. April 11th.... yes a week later, Dan said he was almost done. He told me Stacy would call me to set up an appointment. Stacy never called. I got a text April 18th saying he filled an extension for me. Dan said everything is good to go and we set an appointment for Today April 19th. I just met with Dan and he completely messed up my taxes. The business numbers were off, he was missing expenses and nothing made sense when he tried to explain it. He said he could redo them and have them Monday April 23rd. I said "no thank you" and he said "ok, go somewhere else" I am not sure what else to say I am so frustrated and upset right now. I opened a business in Tosa last year and thought I'd try to give business to another local business. Now I have to start completely over.
