I felt like I could be myself with Mary and knew she was looking out for my family. I wanted to spend my nights and weekends with someone showing you houses that I liked to be around and Mary made that very easy. ALWAYS available and very open about any and all questions, wishes, or feelings my family had. I just can't say enough good! While home shopping Shamus always noticed things that we wouldn't necessarily see on our own, he was very knowledgeable when we had questions and he put up with my crazy when I needed to vent on a couple of occasions. He helped us negotiate a deal we were comfortable with on our new home and for that we are grateful. Now that we are in the process of selling our old home I'm even more thankful for Shamus and his expertise. Unfortunately this has been anything but smooth sailing but Shamus has always been there to advocate for us and support whatever decision we wanted to make. He has done everything in his power to help us get the most out of our home and keep things moving towards our closing. We are truly grateful for him and his knowledge. We have also had the pleasure of getting to work with a few members of his team during this process and they have all been wonderful as well. I also want to especially recognize Eric Jones because he stepped up on several occasions to show us homes and be there for us when Shamus had scheduling conflicts and we so appreciated him taking the time to help us! I cannot recommend Shamus and his team enough!

She is quick to respond, answers all our questions (even if they might seem silly), made sure we had the information we needed to move forward and just had our backs through the entire process. We are also using her as our agent for the new home build we are going through now and we are getting the same quality assistance we got, with the sale of our house, with the new build. I had the privilege of being recommended to work with Dustin Robinson as my relator…read more I have never met him, although we had some similar friends and connections, and truly at the time I felt uneasy about venturing into being a first time home owner. But my wife was getting more and more excited about being a future home owner, and the past two years of renting started to bear the limitations and frustrations of not owning your own place. My wife set up a time to meet up with a realtor, and I reluctantly went not expecting to enjoy the meeting whatsoever. The semonin's location was impressive, and the staff was instantly friendly and accommodating. I worked strange hours at the time, but Dustin set up a time that worked for us. Most of his co-workers had already gone home, and we met in his office. It didn't take long for my fears to melt away. The meeting with Dustin was professional, and yet very friendly and caring. He could read we were new to it all and provided the information and assistance we needed to feel comfortable. We decided to take the plunge and start looking at houses. This is where the 5 stars comes into place, if I could give 10 stars I would. Dustin never gave the impression that we were a paycheck to him, in fact he was a friend, he was a great help to us, and he stuck it through till the end. He was always available when we needed to communicate and he fought for us to get the best deals, even if it meant deals falling through. Our first house he told us about an inspector who was fairly priced and was very much attention to detail. This inspector saved us from buying a house that looked fine, but had extensive termite damage. Dustin continued to encourage us, after our "dream house" had a terrible report from the inspection. A month later we found a better house. One that needed a roof repair. The sellers were not great at communicating and yet Dustin fought to bridge the gap, on the end we were able to get them to replace the roof with no expense to us and we now live in a home we absolutely adore. If it wasn't for Dustin we would of possibly bought the first house and would be living in a money pit. Semonin's services were so helpful. We couldn't of done it without them.
