When they calculate the price they don't really tell you how much everything is, so I wasn't able to tell whether or not they over-charged. However, after receiving the finished shoes, it looked great and so far the leather soles and the heels seem to be in tact and possibly could be lasting longer than the original product, so I'm happy. One thing I wished they did was to polish them before giving them back for the price, you usually have a lot of cobblers polishing without charging extra.
