What I love about Schuh Mücke is the huge selection of women's shoes in larger sizes - and of course they have even more choices in your standard sizes. I am a 10 1/2 aka 42 and I have never found a better selection of NICE, FASHIONABLE shoes, sandals and boots! I think the women's sizes go up to 13 1/2 aka 45 (maybe even higher)! From great deals to high end designer footwear, this place has it all. Most of my favourite shoes come from this store. Be sure to go there for the summer and winter sales! There is a nice assortment of handbags in all price ranges and after a while, they also started carrying clothes (which unfortunately meant cutting back on the shoe selection in larger sizes). There is plenty of parking right in front of the store. The only downside are the relatively high prices.

And, the best part is they have one boot of each available pair on the shelf separated by size...so no bugging the clerk every time you want to try a pair on. This is not going to be the cheapest place, but it won't make you gasp either. If you're from the U.S., be sure and request a tax refund form to get some cash back at the airport!
