I came here with my husband's family for my wedding dress. We were super excited and expected an…read moreamazing experience. Sadly that was not the case, first off the place is super outdated. Looks like it was last remodeled in 1973. The walls are Pepto Bismol pink and everything just looks old. Upon arrival I expected the atmosphere would be more festive being as it's a wedding dress shop. The staff wasn't very enthusiastic and not very motivated to help. They just pointed where some dress styles were and it was hard to get them to find dresses for me to try on. On top of it I expected they would at least offer some coffee or Sekt. Most shops do that to make customers feel relaxed during the process. My customer service lady seemed a bit annoyed helping me and didn't offer much insight as to what styles etc. I should be trying. It made us feel very awkward and I expected picking out a dress would be more exciting. I did however end up picking a dress at a great price which made up for the other issues. They wouldn't let us take photos in the dress until it was paid for which is ridiculous. How are people supposed to judge if the dress looks good? Their shoe selection was really poor and way overpriced. 120€ for non-leather shoes? Insane. I went back for a second fitting, the lady again seemed really annoyed with her job. The dress was looser because I lost weight and she tried to convince me that it was supposed to fit that way. Sorry no. She asked if I wanted to take it home after I discussed with her it didn't fit. I decided will wait until May to get it altered. Overall this place offers poor customer service. The workers are not friendly and for the amount of money these dresses cost one would expect some nice customer service. I'm happy with my dress and the prices so I gave it 3 stars. Customer service and the look of the shop 2.5 stars. They should really step it up.
