My experience with Dr. Van Til was 100% opposite of the other reviewer. He's never hesitated on any…read moreexam, always been pro-active, and always been willing to listen. I've been going to him for I think around 13 years now, and stay because I think he does a great job. The providers there can get a bit hurried, but they only have so much time with each patient.

I saw Ethan Van Til for about 2-3 minutes. Once I stated my supplements and meds as he asked , I…read moresaid my top concern was bone loss, and mentioned acupuncture helping. He immediately and abruptly cancelled me as a patient. He would not answer why only that I desired a different approach. When I asked what other doctors would be a good fit, he said none with my approach. I asked what my approach was since all I had stated was addressing bone loss and stating my meds? He then said I was upset (of which I was surprisingly pretty calm). It really doesn't matter if I was upset or not as I was just asking questions very unemotionally so it was really really strange. All I can think of is he doesn't like women in their 50's or I remind him of someone? How would anyone know it isn't a good fit after 2-3 minutes when not much was said. I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor before and so lacking in any bedside manner. He also threw his staff under the bus. That told me everything I needed to know about his character. Maybe if you look differently, he might treat you? Some deep self-reflection and therapy might be of help if he is willing to listen. I probably would have not been helped and needed to go somewhere else but who knows? He isn't serious about his oath as a doctor.

So I was looking for a new doctor since I hadn't seen one since I moved from SoCal. Dr. Bowerman…read morehad good reviews, so I decided to give her a try. It took about a month to get in to see her, but the wait in the lobby wasn't too long. The office is generally not the best ( a teeny bit grungy). She came into the exam room, I didn't haveto wait too long for her. She's young and very nice, I told her she had great reviews on Yelp. She sat with me and spoke to me about everything, taking her time, not making me feel rushed. She mentioned she would be out on maternity leave in July, I figured that's okay because I won't be needing her too much then, just getting my routine check up now. I was glad to see her good follow up reviews on Yelp. My insurance rejected some of the doctors she referred me to, so when i called the office to get tht cleared up, it turned out she was out of the office for 6 weeks due to bedrest. Her staff is busy and really couldnt help me too quickly, and since she was out of the office, she couldnt call me back about my lab results. I requested an on-call doc call me, who eventually did (after ignoring another request for a call which was more urgent then my results) and was so cold on the phone. I have no doubt she's a great doctor, and I'm not going to blame her for bein preggo, but since I've become a patient around her maternity leave, I feel a bit neglected. Definitely see her because shes a warm doctor who doesnt make your issues feel petty, but maybe wait until shes back from maternity leave and settled in...I've kind of gotten stuck in between, and still trying to work out my referrals.

I've never seen Dr. Bowerman, and she may be wonderful, but her office staff SUCKS! I selected Dr…read more Bowerman to be my PCP back in March and my HealthNet card has her name on it as my PCP. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that her practice isn't taking any new patients. Then why was I able to select her?? Even the medical group had her office listed as "open." I need a refill on a prescription, and I was told to go to Urgent Care. Total and utter crap. Now I have to go through the vetting process all over again.

Good luck if you have a medical problem and need to reach your doctor. The staff at Milliken…read moreMedical is the most unresponsive to patient needs I've ever experienced. For over a week we received no response from them after trying multiple messages in a variety of ways, including using the app to message the doctor. Not even an acknowledgment that our messages had been received. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible clinic. The facility is run down, old, smelly, with mold, missing drywall, worn…read moreout carpet, and I am sure it does not meet code. The exam rooms have carpet, sorry but that is absolutely disgusting. By the smell, you can tell it has years of bodily fluids soaked into it. According to the employees the building floods on a regular basis which explains the mold and missing drywall. I really can't believe the State hasn't shut this place down yet. Munson is obviously a slum lord that is squeezing every dime they can out of this failing facility. I've heard the manager Sherry Verhamme there be extremely rude to the employees. When I was there, I heard a male doctor, Dr. S. Lee Warnaar screaming at the top of his lungs at a female employee in the hallway, obviously being very abusive and unprofessional and Sherry Verhamme just looked the other way. I have never seen an employee treated like that. If he's willing to do that to a coworker, I feel sorry for his wife. I can imagine what she goes through. Sherry is obviously the reason this type of bullying goes on there. I felt so bad for the female employee and the lack of action by management that I will never go to that clinic again. It was straight up abuse and Sherry condoned it. It is obviously a very hostile work environment, and their employees are miserable. They also cut the patient visits down to 20 minutes, so you can't get proper time with a physician there. By the time they get the room cleaned, your vitals taken, and get you back to the room you have about 5 minutes with their doctor. Munson claims this is to provide better care for the patients. Seriously. When I choose my next primary care provider, my first requirement is that the office is not associated with Munson Healthcare at all.
