If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I called several times in this week to get a…read morecopy of a depo that was taken over a month ago and kept getting the run around. Today I was told I would have the depo in 2 minutes, I called back 20 minutes later because maybe she took my email down wrong and there was a problem, nope. Office closed at 3:00! I even expressed how important is was for us to have this depo. I get it's Mardi Gras but do what you say you're going to do. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a reporting company.
