I found this office through my insurance provider, and was able to easily schedule a first-time appointment online. I also was able to fill out my intake paperwork ahead of time online, which meant I could arrive right at my appointment time, instead of 15 minutes early. The office itself is located right outside of The Gulch, and has plenty of parking spaces available for patients. The interior is calming yet welcoming -- which is exactly what you want for this type of practice. Dr. Lauren was incredibly thorough and attentive throughout the appointment, going above and beyond to ask great questions about what I need from chiropractic care. I appreciate her tailoring my appointment to my specific needs, using a variety of methods on top of an adjustment like cupping and stretching. I highly recommend Nashville Chiropractic and Sports Therapy if/when you're in need of an adjustment! I'll continue to schedule adjustments with Dr. Lauren after such an awesome first visit.

My dentist confirmed it wasn't dislocated, prescribed a steroid, and told me it could take months to heal. After a month of pain, I went to see Dr. Paul for my TMJ. I was seeing a functional medicine doctor at MCHC who promptly left the practice mid-treatment. I…read morehad to take out a hefty health care loan to pay for the treatment. The first Dr. was wonderful and totally got it. She helped me move toward stability. I was bereft when she left and wasn't formally notified. I got two scheduled calls from Dr. Courtney Mosley after my initial Dr. left, technically the first had to be rescheduled because she hung up before I got to the phone, and although I called right back, I got voicemail. Their phones were down. On the first official call, we caught up on where I was at to date, because she was not prepared for the call, and the "treatment" I was told to do was to envision a goal. On the second call, Dr. Mosley was again not prepared, as their computers were down, she gave me zero feedback on the meal plan I spent time creating at her request, and the "treatment" was to forgive someone. I paid thousands and thousands of dollars for someone, who as CEO, couldn't pick up my dropped ball and run with it. She was the 9th doctor I consulted for my extreme symptoms and was abandoned to manage my own care. I unofficially have a diagnosis for something they don't want to touch with a 10 foot pole, which would not prevent them from treating me from the other symptoms and for my general health. The office stopped returning my texts, and I called last week and left a voicemail asking for follow up/closure, and no one has returned my call. I would very seriously reconsider using this practice for integrative health medicine. Dr. Mosely talked such a good game in the initial video I watched too, so this was super, super disappointing to be abandoned, and I am out thousands of dollars and managing my own symptoms with ChatGPT and my primary.

Five stars, one exorcism, and zero regrets…read more I've seen chiropractors for over 15 years -- enough to know the difference between someone who actually knows what they're doing... and someone who's just gently patting your spine like a nervous aunt. Let me be clear: I don't come in for a relaxing experience. I come in because I'm in pain and ready to bite. TMJ. Neck pain. Shoulder traps that feel like they've been marinating in tension since 2018. The kind of pain where you can't sleep, can't function, and start irrationally hating strangers just for existing near you. That's the level I was at when I crawled into Donelson Chiropractic Clinic and met Dr. Rewan. This man? An adjustment wizard. I told him I wasn't into the feather-light "maybe next time" style of chiropractic care. I needed the real stuff. The neck crack that feels like it just released a demon. The reset that instantly calms the internal rage monster. And he delivered -- skillfully, safely, and with actual care. He asked the right questions. He listened. And most importantly, he got results. Oh, and I'm pretty sure he readjusted my jaw. Like -- actually shifted something back into place that had no business being wherever it was before. No, he didn't "cure" me -- I've got a long history of issues that don't vanish in one session. But he did something better: got me back to my version of normal. That precious state where I can go through my day without obsessing over every click in my jaw, every stab in my neck, or every fireball in my traps. I went in for two adjustments, and the difference was undeniable after the first. I'll be going back -- this time long before I let myself fall back into that dark place. Now that I've found Dr. Rewan, I'm not rolling the dice on anyone else and I feel confident I can see someone before it takes such a dark turn. He didn't see me as a walking injury or a long-term revenue stream. He saw a human being in pain -- and he wanted to help. He wasn't a predator stalking his next half-broken victim. He was a healer who actually used his power for good. Not saying I blacked out, but if the Holy Ghost had hands, I think they were involved. Jesus didn't take the wheel -- Dr. Rewan took the wheel and realigned it. If you've read this far, your nervous system is literally begging you to take action. Book now -- before your neck drafts a resignation letter. Highly recommend -- especially if you like your relief fast, real, and with a satisfying crack heard 'round your soul.
