The volume is terribly loud (too loud to be comfortable and causes the speakers to sound distorted), they have zero ability to read the room not anticipate guest music selections based on the age group in the room and what dancers are responding to. For example, they played 4 of the most-unpopular salsas, but then went into a 12 song raggaeton/urbano set while only 6 people were dancing and 125 people were sitting down. The final straw was when the DJ's were running at full volume (speakers cutting off) then the power to the building turns off and emergency lights turn on. Well, this also turned off the AC and management was incapable of getting it turned back on again so within 10 minutes with a packed club with no AC, it was a sauna and difficult to breathe, so we left.
