Alex was not happy about it at all and said that if he won't come to the interview he will not work for us anymore and I gladly told him he's fired. Trying to use poor manipulation technics. I am very glad I didn't allow him to join the interview Cause in additional to his bad attitude he completed the paperwork all wrong and even the interviewer was in shock about some of the mistakes he has done and said that some lawyers should be suspended for the poor work they do. I am sure that if he was there he would lead the conversation ( my dad does not speak good English) and will cause my father to fail or have to go through additional process. Since I was there I was able to clarify the mistakes on the spot along with my dad and the nice interviewer agreed to adjust the papers manually. Going with this guy is a bad decision!
