Newly relocated to the shopping center across the main thoroughfare, this branch has been renamed as Scholz Haare Newcomer. They took over the Pur hair salon location near the Chinese buffet and Mildenberger bakery.
Basically, Newcomer means that you pay the same high price like any other Scholz location, but your stylist is in training and has very little experience cutting hair. The upside is that you get an appointment easily and on short notice. The thing is just that there was no warning that you're part of a training session. And yes, even though my short haircut is easy, you could tell that a trainee did it.
For most people, it's not a good option. If you need a just ok cut urgently, maybe it's worth it. read more
