And whats more as I was looking around the sales assistant came over and asked if I needed anything. I explained what I was after and she said they weren't in season but she had some other suggestions that could "work". Great customer service and a great selection here. She even asked if she should take the price off and wrap it a bit. Great, just what a flower shop should be!

I may however be mistaken as I have only been in 20 or 30 flower shops in my life! No greeting as I came in (something I have come to really enjoy and perhaps take for granted, theres nothing better than a hearty "Grüss Gott" to welcome you into an establishment!) and lots of flower pots and fewer flowers abound. I had a two second look around and not seeing what I wanted turned to the sales assistant/manager/owner? and inquired whether she had any of the particular flower I was after. After staring at me for a beat, she shook her head and turned her back to me to continue with whatever she was up to before I rudely interrupted her. I stood for a few seconds with my mouth ajar looking to all the world like a beached guppy before making my way out. What a rude, unfriendly, unmotivated little witch. Normally in my experience people who work in flower stores would try and offer a different option or recommend somewhere else that could better help me, but not here, just a shrug of the head and a turn away. WOW! This shop must be doing a fantastic trade for her to be able to treat customers in this way. Must be really fortunate in these times that she os able behave in this way. Well not to worry, I wont be bothering you with my custom ever again and I urge all yelpers to do the same.
