Tim Snyder didn't appraisal of my home in October it's now December and I'd still never received it. I do not recommend him.

Appraiser did poor research when appraising my home and compared my home to a sale of a home with one less bedroom but reported it as incorrectly having an additional bedroom it did not have which drove down the appraisal price for my home. When I called to ask about this he wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to say and just pawned me off on someone else who I did not even know how to reach. Totally unwilling to address the mistake and obviously rushed through the appraisal and made silly unnecessary mistakes that cost me a good amount of money. I would not recommend this company. I potentially lost 6k dollars on the sale of my home for this mistake and he wouldnt even allow to hear me out about the mistake. read more
