They bought out my old firm, took over and I ask if the rates would change. They did not provide any clarification on the billing till they started sending the statements. Of coarse it went up. No big deal. Then they show up sometimes 4 weeks after the month was over to do the books. But the bill was on time. They gave me the wrong quarterly estimates and I was fined $3000 for late payments. Would not respond to my call. Now they want $1400 in fees and threatening to turn me into collectors. I doubt the owners know the whole story! This is about to escalate.
