We placed our order, while I loved the food and the presentation. We were all taken back by how slow everything arrived. It took over 1+ hours from time of order to receiving the food. It could be perhaps the kitchen was very busy. But many of our family members were hungry. I ordered the schnitzel with white asparagus. It is white asparagus season! And for my baby the spatzle with mushroom sauce on the side. Baby loved the spatzle! And I loved my dish as well. Except the white asparagus has this heavy cream sauce which I would've liked without it. Other than the tremendously long wait for the food, it was a lovely Mother's Day with family in this brewery!

I think it took 1/2 hour for our food to arrive... may be longer. The food was good. Not outstanding. Big portion, so the 2 schnitzel filled me up and the big beverages helped wash it down. Our table ordered the pork schnitzel with no pepper sauce and the no pork schnitzel with creamy mushroom sauce and the currywurst which is a bratwurst served with curry ketchup and a side of potato dumplings. All our food was delicious and I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're visiting Rudesheim. We sat outside on the patio which had a nice ambience. Many locals dine here as well which is a sign of good food.
