The ski school in Serfaus is one of the best I have come across in many years of skiing. For a start they are based at the foot of the main lift and they have their own kids gondola adjacent to the main one to take the kids up to the nursery slopes, so waiting around or squeezing in with the adults. Once up the mountain the instructors had small groups and took great care of my kids. Good English was spoken. For teenagers they had skiing in the mornings and then in the afternoons they did a variety of other snow things such as blades, snowbikes and some funny seat things.
