As a man and a Veteran, I have had to overcome a lot when fighting to remain in my children's lives. It is unfair yes, but we have never lost sight of the goal. To be allowed adequate parenting time and remain in my children's lives. Because of Holly Verde and everyone at Verde Law, I now enjoy almost half the year with my children! I owe my family to this woman. She fights hard for you and she will continue to stand with you and see you through the tough battles and the hard times. Because gaining custody of your children is a hard battle not to be trusted with someone who is out to make a quick buck. We will most likely be in court for years to come. But as long as I have Attorney Verde in my corner, I know that there is nothing we won't overcome. I am proud to have Mrs. Verde as my Attorney and wish I found her sooner! Life would have been a lot easier from the start! You will not be disappointed with how vocal she is in the courtroom either. Attorney Verde is not shy and will object to any and all misleading statements and demand PROOF. She is an amazing person, a Godly woman. This is who you need if you are entering into a custody dispute. You will get compassion and empathy with Attorney Verde. She will not disappoint.

He didn't just represent me -- he fought for me…read more Matthew Miller has changed my life. After a grueling divorce and having my kids taken from me by an abusive party, Matt helped me bring them home -- he got me full physical custody and helped us relocate across the state, making it so my children and I were finally able to return where we belonged. That was more than two years ago and I will never forget what he did for us. More recently, when we discovered during the QDRO filing that my ex had spent the retirement funds he was ordered to split after the divorce, Matt didn't hesitate. He stepped all the way in and handled business -- as usual. He fought for me without charging me a dime for the post-judgment financial work. He had my ex held in contempt of court, had him ordered to pay my legal fees, and secured a spousal support order that gave me exactly what I was owed. He did it flawlessly, too. Matt is confident, sharp, and compassionate. He listens. He genuinely cares. He doesn't waste time -- or his clients' money. He only calls when absolutely necessary, and when it's time to fight, he's a shark. He stays professional and composed, even when the other side doesn't. Whether you're dealing with a vindictive ex, financial sabotage, or just need someone who gets results -- Matt shows up respectfully and gets the job done. Every single time. He doesn't just practice law, he dominates it without flinching. I'll never personally seek out another

But it turns out they appointed me a trial lawyer (Sorin), because the county had to outsource because they were too busy apparently. Right off the start Sorin told me that he will fight, and he let me know that he is a trial lawyer. I was extremely lucky to get him. He got my case pushed back multiple times because he hadn't received all the evidence. He let me know that he would not allow the case to go forward until he had all of the evidence in the case at hand. Once he finally received all of the documents and footage from the county, he promptly set up a meeting to go over my case and review the evidence with me. He genuinely cared about the outcome in my case and would not let the court decide anything until he had seen all of the evidence. He does not lay down! I would recommend Sorin to anyone needing help. I was extremely fortunate to get him assigned to me. Thank you Sorin!
