On arrival, warmly greeted by the receptionist and shown to my room where she ran through the amenities. It came stocked with water, hot drinks, flip chart, etc. all you could need. And of course wifi connection. They are so able to accommodate printing if you need this. I overran in a meeting to find that my guest had been seated in reception and given a drink whilst she waited. The type of service you would expect for your visitor if they were visiting your actual workplace. Would definitely use again.
