They were great. Susan in the office was generous with her time in looking into the issues and answering my questions. She also gave me additional things to consider which I hadn't thought about. She also mentioned a first consultation with them is free. I would definitely go back to them for any further Michigan tax needs.

She is very slow to respond and has an attitude. I asked for a monthly report for properties he owns. Four months later after requesting again I got a report with two columns, income and expenses and nothing more. I don't think she really knows what she should know as a CPA too. We moved to new CPA and he has caught things that should have been taken care of. She only has office hours two days a week and she is a sole practioner. I had a request and she said it would be 4 weeks to get back to me about my question. Maybe OK with personal 1040 tax returns but I would not recommend for anything more complicated. Summary: She has an attitude, she woks 2 days a week so not available, slow responding and don't think she has the knowledge she needs as a CPA. I don't recommend using her.
