Anna, Erica, and the rest of the staff (including the gentleman at the front desk) are absolutely incredible--always smiling, always welcoming, and they actually take a moment to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. It's giving family vibes every single time I walk in, and that matters more than people realize. Now let's talk about Dr. Shen... AMAZING is an understatement. I came in hunched over, in real discomfort, and honestly not feeling like myself at all. In just a matter of weeks, this man had me standing straight again! Not just physically better, but feeling confident and like me again. That kind of care and results? You can't fake that. He listens, he cares, and he knows exactly what he's doing. Period. If you want real results and a team that truly treats you with kindness and respect, this is where you need to be. Hands down one of the best decisions I've made for my health. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shen and his entire team you will not regret it!!

Dr Shen is attentive, astute, caring, compassionate, friendly, highly efficient, takes the time needed with each patient and is always up to date with the latest information regarding treatments, medications and conditions. I am the type of person that has been lucky to have found some amazing doctors in my life. Therefore the bar is set high when it comes to my assessment of doctors that treat me. He has all the qualities shared by doctors I have kept in my life for decades due to their excellent work ethic, attention to the patient, and my confidence in their treatment plan. He is now amongst just a handful of doctors that I plan to keep seeing in the future when his specific speciality is needed for my care. The staff in this office is extremely friendly, on top of their game, and a pleasure to deal with! Especially the one person I have dealt with the most, Anna, who is always so friendly, so very helpful, and gives you confidence that she knows all the ins and outs of every aspect of her job and the office. I know that if I have questions, need information given to the doctor, or assistance with details regarding my treatment plan, that she is someone I can always count on to get things done and get them done properly. The same can be said for every member of the medical team at Spine and Pain Specialty Care. I am so very grateful to them all for their service!
