We used Scentiments for our wedding flowers in January of this year. We found their service to be fantastic. I am completely clueless when it comes to flowers and with a recent house move and a wedding to organise I really did not have the time to put much thought into it. I nervously entered the shop with my very basic ideas and thoughts and was greeted enthusiastically by the ladies at Scentiments who immediately put me at ease and understood exactly what I was looking for. They made it exciting rather than overwhelming and talked me through some ideas and showed me pictures of previous weddings they had done. They had worked at my venue Winkworth Farm, numerous times previously and were very knowledgeable and confident with what they could provide. They also had a good relationship with some of my other wedding services in the town such as Hayley at Capellli Hair and were able to liaise with her on my behalf. On my wedding weekend it absolutely bucketed it down with snow and on the Friday we were seriously considering calling the whole thing off as we assumed that none of the suppliers would be able to reach the venue. We received an immensely reassuring call from Winkworth to say that all the suppliers including Scentiments had been in touch with each other, they were leaving early on the Saturday, sharing lifts and doing everything in their power to make sure our special day went ahead. We cannot thank them enough for the effort they went to on this morning. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and so much more than I ever expected or imagined. From the stunning winter themed berry bouquets to the decorated wreath in the ceremony room and the gorgeous table flowers, everything was perfect. Even the carefully selected and subtle berries, roses and sparkles to go into my hair were spot on. We could not have been happier. We gave away our bottles and flowers to guests as they were leaving and they have reported that a week on they were still enjoying them in their homes. Scentiments provided my wedding flowers, and they were amazing. Exactly what I asked for and the price was about a third of what I was expecting, particularly because of the beautiful and exclusive location. All my guests complimented the flowers- we had so many I gave them out to the female guests the next day and I was told by all how well they lasted as well! My mum took the top table arrangement home and it lasted nearly the 3 weeks we were on honeymoon, just with a spritz of water every day. We used Scentiments for our wedding flowers and were hugely disappointed. We looked through a flower magazine with them and decided on the colours and look we wanted. The flowers that turned up on the day were the wrong colours, very dull, many hadn't opened and so were just green pods and they abslutely didn't match the brief or the picture they provided us (and had themselves on file). Everything had been coordinated based on the picture we agreed on so it was really upsetting when they arrived. My bridesmaid tried to talk to them to see if there was anything they could do but they flatly refused and despite several emails to them discussing the matter they have give no apology or acknowledegement that what we were provided was not what we agreed on. I'm sure it's not all bad but I wold never use them again or recommend as when it went wrong for us they were very difficult to deal, gave no help and have not refunded any of the money despite the flowers being all wrong. read more
