I stumbled across this little gem about the time I arrived here,spoke with the owner and concluded I would eventually try it. Well after two years of bending over the tub in my bathroom and enduring much discomfort I tried it and I am hooked!! This was a wonderful experience for me and my pet. The owner and her son were wonderful in guiding me for my first visit. The equipment was easy to use and they provided these wonderful shammy towels which made it so easy to remove the excess water from his double coat before blow drying him. They also provide scrubbers for cleaning, shampoo, and conditioner as a part of the self serve cost. In addition, they provide nail trimming services (for those skirmish pet owners like myself) for a very reasonable fee. My dog also loved playing with the owner's son after his bath which was confirmation that I had found the right place. I am now a repeat, repeat customer.

I took my pup here for her first visit. Everything was good. They took the time to say hi to her…read moreand she was off to play. I was able to watch her on the cameras and she did very well. Staff stopped to pet her when she was looking for some human attention. She had dinner when I brought her home and passed out. Perfect. Once home, they texted me to say they forgot to make notes for her "paw-gress" report. As a dog mom I want to know how things went. All they said was that she had a good day. They apologized and said I would get a free one next time. I hope they will work on whatever procedures need occur.
