First I'm retired military and at the door the First insult happen = Told not very nicely I could not wear my Retired Military hat................then inside a quarter of the guys had scarlett's hats on, I guess No hats Allowed unless you Buy them from us is the rule. Inside the cover was $20.00 = that is higher than the 5 and 10 at other clubs, worth it? No. Once inside the women looked on a scale of did not make the cut at other clubs, their Best looked like the lowest end of Dean's or Playmates or Tootsies. Some of the bartenders looked far better than the dancers and the dancers themselves looked pained to be there dancing as if beneath them or Bored, like zombies looking off above the heads of the guys sitting and tipping them............Unless ofc you were wearing a sport coat or suit and playing you had money which is the Only ones the girls would look at and smile or talk to. Depending I guess which bartender you got depends on the price of your drink, my screwdriver cost 12, 13 and 15 bucks depending which bar I ordered from. One older Asian tried to get me for a dance, it was so loud in the place she had to yell 25 a number of times before I heard her. It was so loud in the place the only time you could hear someone talk was in the bathroom or the private room, the place vibrated through the floor and even the seats as if the idea louder was better was the goal. the 25 turned to 35 from the bored dancer and I've no idea why but gave her 2 20's and she ran out the door saying it was her turn to be on stage = gave no change. The place is like a ten year old was given control and said make the place cool...........and I guess the place is = for Ten yearolds. Flashing lights too bright, music so loud you can't hear yourself think, the stupid people on stilts in robot suits with neon lights and shooting cold mist on people seems more like a ten year olds idea of fun and a party, with all the stupid stuff there was no room left to make a good club you'd want to return to. I been in clubs in and out of the country, all over the States, in classy areas and in hoods and I got to say this was on the bottom of nearly All of them. Cost? between dancers that jack prices and run out before giving change, bartenders all charging different prices for the same drink, 20 bucks at the door = this place was Not nearly worth the price. And yes as you can see this is my First review here. I Joined up Just to post this review as I went by the reviews in here saying the place was good, not only good but the best. Must be from people that never went to other clubs or trying to kiss this clubs backside or work for them. Good things about: -Music is excellent -Girls who work day shift like m/friday are very nice, friendly & hot ( not all of them) ...the good ones are like 30-40 years old, it is also sad because they look so much hotter than all young ones...Tati & Ayvin ( hope I spelled right) :D) they are amazing! - Night shift actually they know how 2 dance .... - Girls are real good naked hustlers, they know how 2 get u I know almost all of the girls I am one of the regulars) Bad: -Bartenders are very mean and rude... Don't get me wrong, Scarlett's has like the prettiest girls from almost all other stripcl. in South Florida, the other clubs in area girls are like walking hurricane .... -I am always V.I.P. , never walked out without spending less then $500 me personally, talking only about my needs & not to talk about my friends, - didn't like the fact that people who don't even order a bottles get better treated than ones who does (& its always like that) - One time was only my bfriend & I , i was completely wasted, it was i think monday night, check was @ around $2500-$3000 he paid all cash, but he gave his card to a waitress before, she charged him like $2500 extra, he got the money back but couple weeks later.... Drugged, money stolen, and professionally scammed. The entire internet should know about this place and every place managed by them. Never have I encountered something like this, Scarlett's pull cons that Eastern European clubs try to do. Yes some girls are attractive, but stay far far away from this place, and if you ignore this review and do decide to go, please leave all your cards in your car and only go in with a set amount of cash, although they might steal that too. I visited Scarlet with a friend, and we were enticed to a private room by a gang of attractive scam artists. They tell you $1000 for 30 minutes, but it's actually 20-30% higher on the bill. Kicked my friend out of the room while I was in the toilet because he heard how they were going to scam me because he speaks Spanish, and then put my phone and wallet on the table so I couldn't see him calling and texting me. Spiked the campaign with some type of pill. End of night all the cash in my wallet is gone, over several hundred dollars! Promise sexual favors to get you in the room, but of course no sexual favors. Was told I would receive more time than I actually received. Hostess even took my pin number, and in my drugged state I give it to her so she called the bank who blocked the charges, and charged me several more times for several thousand and inputting my pin in the other room, likely so I couldn't verify the full amount. Drugged and stupid, I signed the receipt expecting a good time without realizing how much it was. Was not a good time. Stay. Far. Away... WOW!!!! What a great place! My girlfriend and I were on vacation and looking for a place that made women feel comfortable. Went to Tootsies first. HORRIBLE!!! The girls were fat and out of shape. If you like BIG GIRLS, go to Tootsies. The women at Scarletts are gorgeous. Most of the women were at least an 8, with quite a few 9's. We were there for a week and went on Saturday, Tuesday, and Thursday. We had a great time every night. If you go before 7pm, there is no cover charge. After 7pm, the cover is $10 per person. We counted four smalled stages, plus the main stage. The main stage has two girls on at the same time. At the top of every hour, all the girls strut onto the stages giving you a look at all of them. This is a good time to pick a favorite. Also, this is when you can get two lap dances for $35. Each time we went, there were about forty girls. My girlfriend really enjoyed herself (hence the three trips). There are no bouncers present during the private lap dance. Some girls can get really into the lap dance (if you know what I mean). We even got a t-shirt or cap after every lap dance. About a third of the ladies have fake hooters. We prefer the real thing. We have visited gentleman's clubs in Vegas, New Orleans, Houston, L.A., and NY. This is the best!!!! New Orleans is second. Vegas clubs suck! There were quite a few couples in attendance every night we went. My girlfriend liked it so much that she programmed the address into the GPS. The people are nice and the place is clean. I spent a significant amount of time working at Scarlett's Cabaret in Miami, and it's a place that truly has some ups and downs. Let's start with the positives--the club itself is stunning, with a clean and beautifully designed interior that really sets a glamorous vibe. The ambiance is something you'd definitely expect from a top-tier establishment in Miami. However, my experience with the management and some of the environment among co-workers was less than ideal. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable lack of effective management intervention when it came to addressing drama and bullying between the dancers. Some girls would engage in gossip, criticize each other's looks, and there were even instances of racism--behaviors that certainly don't belong in a professional setting. It was disheartening to see some co-workers being disrespectful and trying to undercut others by speaking behind their backs or attempting to snatch clients, instead of fostering a supportive atmosphere. While Scarlett's has the potential to offer an incredible experience for both employees and customers, there's definitely a need for management to step up and effectively address these interpersonal issues. By promoting a workplace culture of respect and inclusivity, the club could improve significantly and truly live up to its beautiful physical appearance! read more

This is one of the worst clubs I have ever worked at ladies if you're thinking Scarlett's think again! This place is more so a night club and the dancers are extras not worth the drive time or money They take 1/3 of your money . the DJs chase you down for tip out even if you haven't made a dollar for hours (which happens often) 50 to the door guys DJs tip out then not to mention the outrageous house fees, by the time you get home you've paid out over 200$ and not to mention they hold you hostage a hour and a half after the club closes, if its over at 8 don't expect to walk out until 930-10AM . the staff is very rude from the bartenders to the security and most off all the ass hole managers , a girl was fired because she asked why fish Nets weren't allowed. All the people here are just here to hang out , everyone is on so many different drugs here it's crazy. 9 out of the 10 customers will turn the girls down for a dance or even small talk at the least. this place is a horrible place to work. More like assholes cabaret!!!!! Candi and Phil at Blue Bar are amazing. Great service and 10/10 for hospitality of the patrons at Scarlett's. Blue bar is a nice and separated spot away from the actions of the club. Somewhere where you can enjoy the entertainment, while still being able to have a conversation with someone. I like to stop by and have a drink following the delicious dinner at Rick's Steakhouse which is attached to the club as well. I frequent the establishment following a hard week's work and can't say enough positive things about Candi and Phil's service and attention to detail. Most establishments may simply prepare a drink the way the bartender decides, but the simple action of asking whether a drink can be shaken on ice since the bottle is new from stock, rather than usually kept in a cooler, separates a 10/10 from a 5/10 in my mind. Consistent and steady checking in on customers, their drinks and providing a cigar ash tray rather than having a customer search on their own for a surrounding cigarette ash tray... all part of a class experience. I WAS DISCRIMINATED against for being a FEMALE customer The worst strip club I EVER been to. As soon as i walked in I felt unwelcomed by the security,dancers,management etc. I was sitting down for 10 minutes when a male customer approached me n began converting with me. The security guards told me n my friends that we couldn't talk to other customers bcuz we are female customers. The male security did not tell the male customer who approached me he couldn't associate with other customers JUST ME. Then when i began nicely asking the security why he didn't tell the male customer who approached me the same thing "customers can't talk to other customers" he decided to just kick me n my friends. The most racist place on earth !!!!! I applied here as a waitress with a non african American female and seen him from a far throw one of the applications in the trash and I'm pretty sure it was mine because only she got a call back not me ! The manager looked and talked to me with such disgust ! Then a day later my friend went in there to apply as a entertainer and he didn't even give her a chance to audition because she had "too many tattoos" (she only has 3-4) and walking out I seen a Caucasian dancer COMPLETELY TATTED UP Just plain racist !!!!!!! For YEARS i have been hearing that they are racist and discriminate against african Americans but never did I think it was to this extent !
