A very corrupt and dysfunctional company owned and operated by son and father Carsten and Gustav Hymoeller in Denmark. Scan-pot engaged in Tax and Worker's Compensation fraud in the United States by paying an illegal worker underneath the table and refusing to pay worker's compensation insurance in the state of Georgia. They would not allow me to visit a doctor for a pre-existing work injuries. Avoided criminal and civil prosecution by personally threatening me if I went to an attorney. Threatened to take away my friend's business if I went to an attorney. Operated in the state of Ohio without a business license. Did not believe in paying for overtime of 600+ hours or medical benefits, paid me as a 1099 vendor to avoid paying taxes. Put great pressure on their German supplier to charge US competition higher prices for unfair trade agreements. I received a bonus from them only to be told 4 months later that bonuses were against company policy. I used the bonus to purchase a house, They immediately withheld my paycheck and threatened me if I went to an attorney. They refused to provide a policy manual, refused to correct their wrongdoings. I was forced to take a 2nd and 3rd mortgage against 2 credit cards with compounded high interest rates and no tax benefits to protect employees and shipping vendor from keeping their jobs and business.
