It was a multiple person, multiple day to get things organized. It turns out the items never left the warehouse. Once we eventually received all the items, there were incorrect items and missing items. It is now 6 months later and this has not been rectified, so we are still missing tent covers and we still have the incorrect trolleys. I showed up, a bit frantic, and the kind staff printed my copies, sorted through everything, wished me luck, and sent me on my way. They took care of me immediately, and because it was so few copies (just a few printouts), they did it on the house. The copies turned out great, but based on the kindness and generosity of the staff alone, I can't recommend them enough.

I do marketing and communications for a church, and this is where we go to get our brochures and business cards printed - the cards have artwork on them, and so require the work of a printer. Turnaround time is usually a couple of days at the most, and the prices seem reasonable for the work. Staff is generally quite friendly and able to help customers decide what services are right for the job.
