My family and I went for dinner tonight and time and again throughout the evening we were very disappointed. I ordered the os moelle as an entree only to find the bone covered in a light broth with the tiniest of marrow. When we told our server he had no reaction whatsoever and continued clearing our first course plates with no mention of it again. For our main course three of my family members ordered the duck breast. My father in laws duck was actually uncooked, raw, and cold. We asked to speak with the manager. His reaction was nothing I have ever experienced. Instead of asking how he could rectify the situation he was not only adamant about the duck being served properly but stated that he would not replace the dish with anything else and yes we would have to pay for it as well. The waiters continued on as if nothing was amiss and asked if we wanted dessert! In the end we were billed for everything and had no apology. This restaurant deserves no stars. I do not know how a restaurant can stay in business with such deplorable customer service. This manager was so rude it was truly unimaginable.
