Today I have 7 hours hair grafting procedure for my perfect hairline and eyebrows. I did not want to microblade my eyebrows or having to constantly draw my brows every morning as I wanted natural beauty look. I am nervous and excited of the procedure. I will update before and after photos. It will take time to show updated photo because the hair will need time to grow out. Thank you Concord staff for accepting me as a patient! Tip: Parking is free and easy to find you just park anywhere in front regardless of what the sign says. The staff says they never tow cars. They also accept cash payments which was a huge plus. I'm so excited to see the results. Be prepared to be out of work for week.

Choosing this path has been one of the best moves I've ever made for my soul. I had my FUE Hair Transplant done about five months ago at Concord Hair Restoration & Wellness, and I cannot be more pleased with my results. I went to a couple of other places initially, but I felt like they were a little dishonest--almost as if the reviews were fake because I didn't even get to meet with the doctor. Everyone was pushing medications like finasteride, and others. When I went to Concord, everyone was so warm and welcoming, and the doctors genuinely care about your health, not just your hair. My doctor made himself very available and assured me that if I followed the instructions, I would get the best possible results. And I truly believe I did. My hair looks natural no one can even tell I had a transplant. I don't write reviews but if you were struggling like I was , let me make it easy ... This is the one ! I could not be happier with my experience. I've included photos of my progress up to month 7. Good luck on your journey! Thank you Concord

We came in last-minute needing a wig styled for a wedding, and not only did they make time for us on the spot, but they also only charged us $50 for the cut-in--far below their normal rate. Randy in particular was incredible. He made us feel welcome, never rushed us, and treated my wife with such care and respect. It meant more than we can say. If you're looking for anything above-the-shoulders--hair systems, skincare, or cosmetic treatments--this is the place. Honest, compassionate, and truly the best. I found this place through yelp which had good reviews and I booked it for my birthday. They made my day. Small place. Nice vibes relaxing. There was a lot of construction in the area and this u can hear in the lounge which kind of made me think this will not be as great as it is very noisy outside so they had a room with two spa beds. Room is totally isolated and no outside noise was heard. Only ocean sound and light soothing music. Oh MY what a relaxing experience. My scalp is so flaky and this showed up bad on the analysis and after the wash. It was all clean shiny and no flakes so it is real !! not to mention my scalp smells amazing. you need to take off ur shoes and they will give u slippers. They had tea and some beverages while u wait for ur therapist and after the visit they recommended products for scalp care which I purchased from them. Overall is a 5 star service. Now one thing is parking they have some parking reserved for clients which I was not aware of so I did park in the street which was ok but I had to look around so u do not need to worry about parking as it is available in the building Will I come back. Yes I will and I will recommend this place. Thank u Ariel and Rind spa for making my day special.

The Salon offers a number of services, but my primary reason for the visit was Bonnie Wright. Bonnie is the Best & most experienced Master Advanced injector in the country. She understands facial aesthetics for both men and women, and she's both techical and artistic in her work. I've referred at least 50 people to her over the years, and every single one of them has been extremely pleased. The look she provides using Botox or Dysport is very natural. The same when using dermal fillers..... I Highly recommend Bonnie at Enliven Med Spa. Important to also note that the spa does more than Botox and filler. They do Hormone Replacement, IV Infusion for Weight Loss, IV B-12 vitamin infusion...... They use Methylcobalmin in their IV's which is far superior to Cyanocobalmin. Many Med Spa's use the cheap B-12 because it doesn't need to be refrigerated and has a long shelf life, but it's also stable because it's bound to a cyanide molecule, not only that, Cyanocobalmin Is not the active form of the vitamin either, so people with genetic anomalies that cause B-12 deficiency will benefit greatly. NAD and Glutathione are also used, as well as recovery and other formulations. I turn 44 in a few days, and I look and feel amazing.... i attribute much of my youthful appearance to Bonnie!

Unfortunately, an interaction with manager Kimberly Madrid on August 22 completely changed our opinion of this business. We called with a reasonable question regarding an approximately $800 charge that was processed without the advance communication we had typically received in the past. Rather than simply explaining the billing policy, the conversation became condescending and disrespectful. My wife was extremely upset afterward. We understand that businesses have payment policies, and we are not disputing our responsibility to pay our account. Our concern is how a longtime customer was treated for simply asking a question. After eight years of being customers, we expected much more professionalism and respect. I am sharing this so potential customers understand our experience before committing to a very expensive, long-term service.

My daughter is currently undergoing chemo for leukemia. It was inevitable that she would lose her hair, although she (in particular) prayed that would not be the case. Alas, the warning signs of total hair loss started to appear. Even though I live out of state, I contacted Echo by phone to inquire if she could make an off-site visit to my daughter while she was in the hospital. Leukemia chemo is pretty intense, and my daughter will be in the hospital for quite some time, making a mandatory salon visit out of the question. I hoped Echo would be able to see her prior to all of her hair loss, and Echo came through. Did she ever! In the words of my daughter: "She really nailed it." When her wig was fitted (after total hair loss), even my daughter had to admit that it looks incredible. My daughter also commented that Echo is "so lovely" and that she's "a genuine human being." Such care and concern - and absolutely talent - is so admirable and very comforting, particularly for those undergoing cancer treatment. Definitely wonderful. Incredible service and brilliant work.
