The owner was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. After I shared my location and details, he assured me he would arrive within 15 minutes--and he did exactly that. I truly appreciated how professional, timely, and considerate the service was. The owner clearly explained the towing cost, including the nighttime rate, and the price was very reasonable. He carefully secured my car onto the tow truck, transported it safely to my home, and took extra care when unloading it--placing it exactly where it could be repaired later. After experiencing a catastrophic failure on the left front steer wheel on my MotorCoach on I-12…read moreEast Bound just past Ponchatoula, Louisiana I immediately checked to see that everyone was safe then gathered my composure and called CoachNet my roadside service provider who immediately got my coordinates and reached out to Mike's Mobile Tires to respond to my emergency - first order of business was to locate the right size tire before arriving onsite so they could address the issue and although it was a different brand tire the size was correct. Mike's crew arrived ready to get things taken care of and get me back on the road, they were very professional and efficient, after inspecting my wheel and mounting the new tire they inspected my coach for any other damage and also gathered up my reflective emergency triangles I had placed on the shoulder to alert other drivers. I am very thankful for the service they provided and although I don't wish this type of problem on anyone it's good to know this roadside provider is on the job everyday to assist...

When finally called back with an option I decided to call the mechanic who I was going to be stranded to- there were bad reviews on yelp and my phone call to them left me feeling pretty hopeless to get home anytime soon with my tiny house... I decided to go Rogue and found Ron on yelp. I called him and he said he could finish up his present job and come directly to me. He was not afraid of doing this work on the side of the road, he did not hesitate to take a look at my bus and was optimistic, responsive, quick, and incredibly friendly. His rates were totally reasonable for the quick professional service I received with no fear mongering or bullying into other services. Luckily my roadside finally got ahold of me and towed me to his shop (rather than him having to work on the side of the interstate which made me really nervous). Ron was communicative, funny, and really good vibes. He was kind to my son, and so so FAST. He saved me SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY, because he fixed my problem so quick I was able to leave the same night, rather than wait 3 days in a hotel to even have my issue diagnosed.
