Vor Mitte der 70er Jahre übernahmen Reiner und Ernie die "Ubierschänke" und machten aus ihr eine der damals beliebtesten Szenekneipen der Kölner Südstadt. Während im Stollwerk der Hauskampf tobte, kümmerte sich Reiner vor allem um Jazzmusik und Liveauftritte. It was a lot of fun. We played a bit of Foosball (they had two tables). We also saw other playing card games. There were quite a few people there for a Tuesday night (about 8:30pm). The service is friendly, sometimes when it is crowded a bit slow. It is also ok to bring food in if you care for cleaning up the trash yourself. All in all a great place to start the night.
