They also claim they will DIAGNOSE your phone first, and then let you know before fixing it, at the best possible and most competitive prices. 100's of 5star reviews they say. It all sounds so attractive, and certainly lures you into using their services, but let me tell you they are operating in a deceptive manner, and in addition to this review am making a complaint to the Commerce Commission about their misleading advertising practice. I am still waiting on my phone after 12days, the service is non existent, they are rude and unhelpful, still have not received a diagnosis on my phone, paid $200 for supposed charging port to be changed, did not do any of the things they were meant to do. Do NOT trust these people, they get your business, and then lie and unacceptably long time to even respond. Shockingly bad & dishonest service. Dont use these people!!!

It costs $4 for a regular load of washing, and $1.50 per 10mins in the dryer - useful knowledge for winter. The man who runs the Laundromat couldn't be nicer, and was very happy for me to leave the machine running and come back in half an hour when it was done. So, I popped across the road, got a great coffee and croissant from Pyrenees, and sat reading my book in rocket park for half an hour! So much nicer than being cooped up in a Laundromat watching a machine spin. There's parking on road right by the entrance, which is ideal when lugging laundry to and fro. Seriously, we are now reevaluating whether we should even be in a hurry to buy a new washing machine now....

What more could you ask for? The owner/operator is a friendly older gentleman who is happy to help out and always give you a realistic time of when your items will be ready. The Rocket Park Laundromat is also incredibly reasonably priced. In the winter we take our laundry down already washed, and to get two loads dried and folded it only costs about $10! Well worth it! Tip: The Rocket Park Laundromat is open til around 6pm each night, so don't worry if you drop it off on your way to work, it will still be open for you to pick your garments up in the evening!

Mine is to never deal again with such a HORRIBLE service as the one offered by Computer & Electronic Repairs. I hired them during my time in New Zealand and they made my stay a NIGHTMARE. You can choose to take account of this testions or not, it depends on you. But I fell I have to share my experience with future potential customers. Here's what happened: I have contacted them on Facebook and asked them to change my hard drive and recover my data. They answered quickly and I trusted them. When they learned that my computer was a Macbook, they surcharged me. OK, as far as the job is done. I gave them my computer and when I came back to take it, they said they had not been able to recover my data whereas it was part of the contract (I still have the evidence). What am I supposed to do with a new hard disk without data ?? Seek again a new and more competent company ?? They admitted their mistake and lowered the price. They also told me they could not give me my hard drive (with all the data to find myself) because it was in their " laboratory " (Lol). They told me they would post me it the next day (what a great idea, a fragile object as a hard drive). The next day I had no news from them (so unprofessionals...) and they told me they lost my hard drive in the box of broken hard drives!!! Unbelievable!!!! They wanted to get my computer back but of course I didn't trust them anymore. They then told me they were finally able to recover my data and that they would comme get my computer and hard drive to my workplace (I felt uncomfortable with this idea). At the end, they gave me my computer back... without data, and with a 350go HDD instead of 500GB. They promised me they would come to my place, recover my data and give me an equivalent hard drive when I would be back from holidays to have a " fair chance ". When I came back, they refused to organize a pick up while I didn't have a car or wanted me to for the shipping costs while all of this was their fault. And remember that a hard drive is very fragile. I refused and they have not kept their promise. They called me a liar, telling me I was trying to take advantage of their "services". Services ??? Let me laugh. The worst part about it ... You know what is the worst thing that can happen to someone: losing all his documents, his memories. That was the case. I gave the hard drive to a friend who told me that it was empty. Nothing left. Two years gone. When I told them, they answered they did not know what my friend had done (I took it as an insult again) but that it was not their responsibility. I can assure you that my friend is much more efficient than these untrustful guys It was just a way for them not to keep their promise and assume their mistake. I left New Zealand without data with a hard drive less powerful than the one I had. These people are crooks. Unprofessionals. Thiefs. They may have good comments on their Facebook page, but they are unable to handle all situations. It have NOTHING left. An advice? Do not deal with them, if you do not want to lose everything you have: money, time, energy, and MEMORIES.

This service cost me over $500 but I was happy to pay as I knew this is what it would amount to due to it being an Original Apple screen for this model. However, what I did not expect was to have her phone screen start glitching literally 3 months later after the replacement was made. What I didn't expect was to have to drop her phone off to the store, explain to them what had happened - and have them ask me to leave it with them until it was ready to collect. What I definitely was not expecting was to return the next day (today) to find they did not fix the screen because they had decided to request/charge $200 to have the screen replaced. $200 after I had already paid $500, 3 months ago. Literally only THREE MONTHS and this has happened. They then told me their warranty only covers 2 months after the repair. Really? Only 1 month extra and you want to charge me $200 for a service that you provided, and yet turned out to be faulty 3 months later? If you hadn't fixed the screen, what was the point in asking me to leave it in the shop for OVER 24 hours? Honestly this shop has disappointed me and now, I, unfortunately, have to go and find a new shop and pay (AGAIN) to have my mums screen replaced. Worse part is? There were no damages on the phone. No scratches, no dents, no cracks - yet the glitching was happening. Wouldn't you think it's funny that none of these damages were present yet they don't want to take ownership for a glitching screen? All in all, I will never return here again and if I were to hear any family or friends refer this place I would tell them - hellllll no. 0 stars if I could
