If the rest of the partners/associates are anything like this attorney then I would suggest that you RUN and not Walk if you or any one that you know is thinking of hiring any of them because Mr. Wright is the most immoral person that I've ever encountered in my life. Mr. Wright and my former attorney the Porter Law Firm worked out an agreement and a payment plan to allow me to resolve a former debt that I owed to the HOA that resulted years ago as a result of me being laid off from my job (also years ago) My repayment plan to cure that past debt has been in place for over a year now and I've successfully made all scheduled payments and done everything requested of me HOWEVER, Still to this day Mr. Michael E. Wright who is an Associate of Robertson Hollingsworth and Flynn is still adding unspeakable amounts of new Legal Fees to my account.. when asked what the new legal fees are for? After all the case has been settled for over a year.. They simply tell me that as my Home Owner's Agreement states I am responsible for any Legal Fees. So in a nutshell I am paying a set amount per month, to cure the debt and when I receive my bill/statement the following month, Mr. Michael E. Wright has added the same monetary amount back to my account. I've been making payments to cure the debt and as a result of this I am not getting anywhere in this attempt. In the month of October Mr. Michael E. Wright added 1,500 dollars of new legal fees to my account!!!! Again this account is not being worked any longer it has been settled and I am paying according to the plan that his office put into place and have been for over a year. My former attorney were no help when it came to addressing the matter of the arbitrary additional fees and wanted to charge me an additional retainer in order to look into the matter in greater detail, I just couldn't afford to keep paying them to address the arbitrary fee matter when I really needed to ensure that they ironed out the repayment matter/agreement. I am not one to put my personal business out in the public however sometimes people like Mr. Michael E. Wright of Robertson Hollingsworth and Flynn thrive on doing there dirty deeds in the dark. I've not done anything to be ashamed of but he has and continues to do so.
