There isn't a real office. You cant call a real person and someone answer the phone. You have to send email after email, sit on hold for long periods of time with a answering service to place a maintenance request and nobody ever calls you back. I called on Monday morning this week to get something fix. Its Wednesday and I still have not heard anything from them. There is not staff to have a conversation with.
