Free shower/sauna after your massage, and even the showers are nice and clean. Extremely relaxing environment. You can rarely get a booking 'on the day' any more. They do accept health fund insurance BUT it's limited to only one or two insurers - check first before booking.

It's organized with everything you need (ear plugs, soaps and towels etc) and the floating experience is pretty good. I've not managed to find a genuinely silent float tank in Australia. It's pretty good but you'll still hear the odd noise through the water if someone's thumping up the bleachers (at least that's what I assume the noise is). He spends a lot of time on the massage - it's very hands on - and the acupuncture is excellent also. Since I've been to him, I've recommended him to several friends. In addition, he has a great customer service attitude. I've had to cancel at the last minute a few times, and he has always been understanding (and never sought to charge me a missed-appointment fee).
