A very traditional op-shop, the St Morris Save the Children is squished in a little shop front opposite the St George's Bakehouse. Their prices are fantastic, reminiscent of the old style op-shops I used to visit as a kid in the country. It even smells the same - musty and comforting.
The quality of the clothing is quite good, though rather dated, but the price improves everything here. The small selection of books on the back wall is nothing special, but at least it's not entirely romance fiction.
At the moment, just before Christmas, they're having a half price sale throughout the store, so it's a good time to pop in for a browse for some summer clothes. They have plenty of men's and children's clothing as well as much women's apparel. read more
