I found the store to be spacious, clean, and sometimes confusing wrt where things were. But isn't that usually the case with a newly visited store? Check out was friendly and efficient. But as I set off the alarm anyway when leaving, store staff might want to check that.

Terrible customer service! Although usually in stock, I had to pay for and then wait three weeks…read morefor a small back brace. When it finally arrived it had been ordered in the wrong size. I had to wait another two weeks for the replacement. Both times I was told it was going to arrive "soon" but not so. In that time I found a supplier with free delivery and for $100 less and it arrived in ten days. So I didn't need another one. I asked for a refund but that was refused. I was told three times over three more weeks that management "might do something about it." Finally I gave up waiting for more BS.
