This isn't a catch-all antique shop where you're afraid that one misstep will knock an entire pile of junk from an overcrowded shelf. Rather, Reincarnation is a carefully and artistically curated near-museum of a shop. I was in awe of the floor-to-ceiling flat-file shelving unit. I seriously would have purchased it if I had space for it. I ended up leaving with some fun trinkets that I'll be gifting for Christmas: a keychain made from an Ohio license plate, a goat's milk cap magnet, and two antique chandelier crystal ornaments for the Christmas tree. According to my friend, this place is always changing (in a good way). They'll rearrange as new pieces come in. I love the setup, as I thought it highlighted the unique pieces perfectly. What a cool hidden gem in CLE.

This is a one-stop-shop for everything I love about interior design. I love projects and these folks must as well, since they find amazing, unfinished, industrial pieces and mix them with soft, antique lines. It all comes together into something perfect. It took only one visit of 10 minutes to convince my boyfriend and I to make an appointment to come back and discuss custom pieces. We have a beautiful home we'd love to fill with some really unique pieces. We.are.beyond.excited. to have discovered this place. You absolutely have to check this place out.

So I told him I would come back an pick it up that week .when I came on Tuesday an ask about the lawnmower he acted like he didn't remember me but I was cool with that I just wanted to make my purchase. He told me to go to the back an he would send some one back there. I waited an waited for 30 min no one came .So some one finally came an I showed him the 2 I was interested in he look them up an told me the price would be half of what it cost at home depot .so we walk up to the front of warehouse which he was with another customer an told me that there no money in what I was purchasing an its money in what he was trying to sell which was flooring .I really thought that was very unprofessional to tell a spending customer that I dont care if I was just buying a screwdriver its money im spending with you so I told him you the one told me to come back so we proceeded. I was about to purchase the lawnmower but notice the will was warp an showed it to him then he said he would get another but I have to pay for it first .I said im nit paying for anything until I see the product which he said thats the way he runs his business so I was getting ready to go then he said he would have his helper get another which this time he brong a different one with the front will was warp.also when I look it up in the back with his helper it was 450 but when we took it to him he said 529 but I said ok but he still brong me a bad lawnmower twice his helper got upset an said he was not getting another an I said fine I will go to home depot where I purchased the same one for 430 an sent him a picture. I have been here 3 times first time to get flooring the second tome to get refrigerator which I went through the same thing but with his daughter an he was on phone trying to go up on price an ended up going to home depot an got the refrigerator 300 dollars cheaper this why its hard to shop with black owner like him cause he have no morals at all .I wouldn't advise no one to go to this store

While the owner was helping 2 other ladies, he chased us out the door yelling I spent a lot of money on advertising to get you in here. So.... we decided to go back in. At this point it felt like pressure sales. The owner said do you know who I am? As if that should matter. He was very condescending but we decided to buy the box spring and be done. After running my card, they say they don't have the box spring in stock and wanted us to wait while they looked for it. Mind you, while we were there, the owner was cussing at his employees over the phone and using profanity in the warehouse with other customers in the. Very unprofessional in my opinion which is disappointing because we were really looking forward to supporting them.

The Fairview Park shop is a nice combination of clothes and some great bric a brac. Located in a medium sized plaza the Discovery Shop is also medium sized, always clean and well organized and you can find some great finds. Each week they have a 50% off color and the last weekend of the month everything in the store is 50% off. At this store I have found some really good clothes finds, especially on the men's clearance rack where the cost is $1 per item. I have found suit jackets, shirts and pants, while the men's selection is not large, what they have is usually very good and high quality. I have noticed that this store has a much larger selection of women's clothes. The store usually has a nice small selection of dishes, kitchenware and art; they do have some really interesting items up near the register, they often have some pieces from Europe, Asia and Africa. The selection seems to change everytime I have visited, nothing seems to last long at this shop. As an example I found a really nice leather motorcycle bag for under $10. The Fairview Park Discovery Shop is a fun and diverse place to do some thrifting; not the biggest store, but they really do a great job of making sure that they are selling high quality items at great prices. Not the kind of thrift store you are going to spend hours at, but well worth a visit whenever you are in the area to check out what they have. Plus the proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society which is a very worthwhile charity.

Maybe an hour if you come at just the wrong time. Self checkouts are never open, yet you still have to show your receipt and get bag checked at the door before exiting. Worst of all, I once tried to use their in store shopping/pickup service (similar to the stellar drive up service offered across the street at Target) and it took someone an hour to come out with my bags. If you're planning to buy ice cream or other frozen/cold goods I'd suggest putting them in a cold bag immediately, so the stuff you're paying hard earned money for doesn't melt as you wait. I'd also consider sending a shopping partner ahead of you in line and then handing them your stuff after you find it. Now, I know I said that each visit here is literally a test of each ounce of patience in one's body. My most recent visit takes the cake. I got in the "line," which was an amorphous blob. Further down the way was a *slightly* separated line with a sign labeled "fifteen items or less." I only had three items, so that should've been ideal. The moment I noticed that my line branched off into the optional less than 15 line was the moment other people were trying to cut in front of me. Thankfully I was able to stop them from actually doing so. As I had to physically hold these people back, I looked around in the hopes of making eye contact with a security guaed. No such luck though. I guess they only hang out near the electronics or in the entryway. Cool. Would it be reasonable to presume that that the term "fifteen items or less" implies some sort of fast lane, or am I the crazy one here? They took over ten minutes to checkout two customers. Then after those people left, another customer took for-freaking-ever because she had... wait for it... way more than fifteen items! What are rules for? Why have a sign that reads "fifteen items or less" of that can't be enforced? Why have security guards standing around at all times if not to back up your employees, who should be enforcing their own rules?? Once again... make it make sense. So, this woman with a lot more than fifteen items took an extra long time to check out because she was still making her final selections. I saw her instruct employees to put things back, then she'd change her mind and ask them to scan something, then she'd have them put it back... again. There was a whole shelf of things she had them put back (as you'll see in the picture I've attached). This absolutely should not have been allowed and was insanely disrespectful to everyone else doing their time in this hellscape of a line/store. When it was FINALLY time for me to check out, about twenty-five minutes had passed. Remember, this store can do far worse. However, due to the constant noice of the people squished in around me and a weird incessant ringing (bell like?) sound throughout the entire store, it felt more like twenty-five years. Remember to bring your cooler bag *and* your earplugs. There were two women behind the checkout. One had just gotten there soon before it was my turn and I assume she was in training or something. That's fine, everyone has to learn! However, I wonder how good of an example the new hire was learning from... as neither of them acknowledged me at all. I know it doesn't take long to ring up three or four items but it felt rude because they were only talking to each other about random unrelated things. The worst part was when they turned to the person behind me and spoke with them, before they had given me a receipt. I felt kind of rude but I had my bag in hand and I wasn't going to wait a second longer, so I had to interrupt them. Remember, you need your receipt to leave this hellscape. I'd known that from past experiences! I was genuinely appalled and frustrated with how they didn't even ask whether I wanted it before greeting the next customer. Why was I in this wal-mart in the first place? I needed a special oil for my bike that would've taken too long to ship via Amazon. I should've just sucked it up and waited. My boyfriend wanted something very specific (a sort of niche outdoor recreational item) and it was only $10 (normally $20) for a limited time. An experience like the one I had here is not worth saving $10. In past trips, I've gone here to get (technically to replace) a well loved string toy for my cats. Now I'll just buy it online. If there's anything you can do, avoid this hellscape at all costs. Target is just across the street and it's miles ahead of this store. The food (esp fresh food like veggies) is better quality and everything is cleaner overall. Plus, they offer a competent drive up service. If you have a bad experience at this store, make sure to utilize the survey code on your receipt. I got a polite but canned response from management- could be proof that someone reads their official feedback.
