It is so reassuring to have a quality, caring and sharp lawyer available to people in Western New York and Pennsylvania to help people like me. Mr. O'Connell is a family man who lives in our community and cares about the people who live here. He gave me a detailed and highly personal approach as his client. I would much rather go to a successful, local lawyer rather than have my case pushed around a large law office of 20 lawyers who do not even remember my name. He told me that I had a difficult case, but he believed that I had a winnable case. Kevin was upfront and honest with me right from the beginning. He always kept me notified throughout my entire case and he promptly returned my phone calls and emails whenever I had questions. He even came to my home to meet with me on a few occasions to accommodate my schedule. Kevin also has a great staff working alongside of him. I have spoke to several of them on the phone and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. Kevin has proved that he is a great lawyer by taking on my difficult case and obtaining a settlement in my favor. I would highly recommend Kevin Habberfield from Black, Lyle and Habberfield to anyone who is in need of a great lawyer.

Well, the time came to foreclose this year, as there were renters in it that were not making timely payments. He was very busy and referred me to another attorney that he knows will help me out in a more timely manner. The case was just settled a few days ago by his referral (Marc Nuzzo). I want everyone to know how you can trust Sean and depend on his work. I cannot find Marc's law office here on Yelp but just want to spread the word that Marc is awesome too.
