In town for a few days and decided to try the local gym (FitnessDK). The class I went to was a GRIT class, intense workout for 30 minutes, which I have done in Sweden many times before. It is very important that the class starts asap and is so effective as possible, and just pep the participants and not instructing.. that is the whole idea behind GRIT.
The instructor started by talking 3-4 minutes and he decided to let in anybody who wanted to join the class, Big mistake as the area was too small and the instructor himself decided to take up a lot of space and kept on bumping in to people and interrupting them with instructing advice...such an amateur..
So that is why the gym doesn't get very high score...be strict on how many people you let in on the classes. read more
