We wanted a verified and authentic realtor that was reputable and found her! This review is not solicited; it is our honest review after four months of working with Yvette. BACKGROUND: - We were first-time home buyers in the Bay Area and needed a realtor with an experienced reputation. - We had a lot of questions and were very picky about finding a home; we did not want a house near a graveyard, school, and within earshot distance from a train. Yvette was very accommodating and patient with us in finding a home with these requirements and big-picture questions throughout the process. - We spent a few months touring homes with Yvette until we found one that met our standards and price range. - Yvette and her team helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. - This home purchase and escrow was completed before the National Association of Realtors July 2024 settlement on who pays buyer commissions. QUALITIES: - She had a high level of knowledge of the current housing market and the neighborhood we were interested in. - She frequently sent us great matches for what we were looking for. - She pointed out subtle things that we would have missed but were important for our decision process during home tours. - She was always flexible and available for home tours and phone calls. If she was not available for calls, she was very attentive through text messages. - She was strategic in setting and managing expectations on homes and the paperwork. - She was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. She treated the situation as if she were purchasing the property--she looked out for us and had our best interests in mind. - During the processes of the home search, bidding on homes, escrow and paperwork, moving into the home, and after moving into the home, Yvette was attentive and constantly checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable and informed. My family and I highly recommend Yvette Teng and her exceptional team. Home buying is incredibly stressful, but Yvette maintained a calm and confident mindset and kept our anxieties low. Her promptness, strategic mindset, positive energy, and knowledge of the market are why we will not hesitate to call Yvette when we are looking to buy again.

I highly recommend Sunil and Kevin to anyone looking to purchase a new home! As someone new to this process, they took the time and effort to walk us through the entire gig. Throughout the process not only did he educate us about the process but also managed to understand our preferences as home-buyers. He picked properties that matched our preferences and were in good neighborhoods. Sunil and Kevin took the effort to ensure that we were happy with the decisions made, fine-tuning preferences and did not shy away from giving unbiased opinions as mature experienced real-estate agents. Ultimately they were focussed on ensuring that we as home-buyers were happy at the end. While we had worked with other agents initially, once we started working with Sunil and Kevin, we immediately realized the difference in expertise, guidance and their focus on long-term customer satisfaction. The home buying process can be an anxious and long journey, especially if you are a new home-buyer, so being in good hands matters tremendously! They made the entire process seamless, hassle-free and most importantly - something that resulted in us being happy "home-owners" at the end.

He responded almost immediately to acknowledge my request and asked whether I preferred to talk right away, or after the holiday. We ended up scheduling an in-person meeting during that first call. * Because my home was on the lower end of the Bay Area price range, I was concerned it might not receive the same level of attention. Bryan proved that concern wrong -- he provided true white-glove service throughout the entire process. * He came to our first meeting fully prepared with a detailed market analysis and a clear, thoughtful strategy. This included timing, making the home presentable, recommendations on work to do/not do, and pricing. * Bryan handled all staging, photography, and listing arrangements, making the process extremely hands-off and stress-free for me. * I had scheduled a final bulk trash pickup with Waste Management, and they canceled without notifying me. Bryan's team caught the issue because they had proactively called to confirm the appointment, and they immediately let me know. * During the listing period, his team also helped coordinate a minor issue and offered to arrange services for it to be resolved. * In less than a week, we received a cash offer $30K over asking and a financed offer $55K over asking. * During negotiations, Bryan clearly explained the potential risks and benefits of each action, making sure I fully understood what could go right -- and what could go wrong. I really appreciated how seriously he took his responsibility to keep me informed. I highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking to sell their home.
