All seem very young, inexperienced, untrained and definitely not service oriented. And that's not getting me started on how completely unwilling they were to help with my problem (that they caused). Left angry, called Verizon and everything Team said they couldn't do, Verizon did. I will never go there again, I'll stick to corporate locations even if it means a drive!
