I showed up to the first class and was one of only four girls in the class so I thought for sure that I would receive some one on one help. Instead, the "instructor" proceeded to just show us some moves and then would stand on her phone while telling us to practice what we saw. If that's what i was looking for, I could stay home and watch you tube videos for free. But again, i thought this was a class. So anyway, I was obviously struggling in the corner and she never said a word to me. She'd compliment the other girls and didn't even look at me. Mind you, this was advertised as a beginners class. We were not even told to warm up ahead of time before such an extensive workout. I left in near tears and returned a few days later to speak to the owner about receiving, at least, a partial refund since the "class" was not at all what I was led to believe. The girl working there contacted the owner who refused to even speak to me. She denied giving me a refund or working with me in any way. The girl behind the desk proceeded to tell me that the fault was really with me for not asking for more help. I was told to leave my information and the owner would contact me later in the week. Needless to say, I never received a phone call. Completely unprofessional. I will never give this place another cent as they are crooks in the worst way. I'd avoid if I were you. The place doesn't even have that great of a selection and, honestly, Ambiance in Boardman charges half the price for the same exact items.

I really love some of the items at this store and this is the most convenient location for me, so I continue to come in here from time to time. I do prefer to get what I need online if possible, but only if there is a promotion for free shipping or I'm spending over $100 to get free shipping. VS costs more to ship than most places, and it's really a turn off. The reason I prefer to not come to the store unless necessary is because of the lack of organization. There is just merchandise anywhere and everywhere. Finding your style and size in any item is near impossible. The Southern Park location is typically out of stock of most items, as well. The staff members are usually very friendly but not that knowledgeable about products and promotions, which is very frustrating. There is always a long line for the check out and they never seem to use the check outs on the VS side of the store, so everyone has to go over to the PINK side, which gets super crowded and it's a long wait every time. Overall, I would recommend trying to get your items online before coming to this VS location. But if you do need to come here, be prepared for it to take quite some time to find what you need and get through the checkout.

The store reminded me off a cross between several stores: Gabes, Big Lots, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree...a weird dynamic... Something for everyone based on what your needs may be.
